Its body is made from fine mohair plush and is still very lustrous

The brand Grisly was founded in 1954 and produced a variety of high quality Teddy Bears and stuffed animals

However the imperfections give it an added layer of personality that only early toys have

and named the puppet Daniel after the person who gave him the gift
