They have hand-picked fresh dandelion blooms and foraged the wilds for Burdock and combined these two flavours with their favourite combination of botanicals to create this smooth addition to their already amazing collection of gins

This Gin is brought to us all the way from the Cognac region of France and is produced using Ugni Blanc Grapes alongside more traditional Botanicals

This Gin is hand made in Devon with a special selection of 13 different botanicals including Lime and Red grapefruit peels

The resulting end product is a Wonderful Juicy Gin with exquisite Crisp notes of Plum running throughout with hints of Juniper and a Spicy finish

This Wonderfully refreshing little tipple from the Jaffa 2512 team takes refreshing Jaffa Oranges from Israel and macerates them for a minimum of two weeks along with a selection of other Botanicals to create a Gin which is Orange forward and with a notable Spicy Juniper finish
